Refund policy
At Éclat Collagène, we are committed to providing you with quality products. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Return Conditions:
- You have 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
- To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Opened or used products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
- Sale or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
Return Procedure:
- Contact our customer service at hello@eclat-collagene.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with a return label and instructions to return your product.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds:
- If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.
Exchanges:
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at hello@eclat-collagene.com.
