Welcome to Éclat Collagène. By placing an order on our website https://www.eclat-collagene.com, you accept these terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) without reservation.

2. Products
   The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. However, photographs and descriptions are not contractual and may contain slight variations.

3. Pricing
   Prices are listed in euros, inclusive of all taxes (VAT included). Delivery fees, if applicable, are indicated before order confirmation by the customer.

4. Orders
   Customers place orders online by selecting the products they wish to purchase. An order confirmation is sent via email, showing the order summary and details.

5. Payment
   Payment is due at the time of order and can be made by credit card, PayPal, or any other payment method available on the site. Transactions are secured through encryption protocols.

6. Delivery
   Orders are shipped within 2 business days. Delivery fees are indicated before order confirmation. In case of a delay, we will notify you by email.

7. Return and Refund Policy
   In accordance with our return policy, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the order to return unused products in their original packaging. Return costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective products.

8. Right of Withdrawal
   In accordance with the law, the customer has a right of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt of the product, except for opened products due to hygiene reasons. Withdrawal requests should be sent to hello@eclat-collagene.com.

9. Liability
   Éclat Collagène shall not be held liable for damages resulting from the improper use of purchased products.

10. Personal Data Protection
    Your personal data is collected and processed in compliance with our privacy policy. It is used solely for order management and to send commercial communications, provided you have given your consent.

11. Intellectual Property
    All elements of the website are and remain the intellectual and exclusive property of Éclat Collagène. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited.

12. Applicable Law and Disputes
    These T&Cs are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought before any legal action. If the dispute persists, the competent courts will be those of the jurisdiction where Éclat Collagène's head office is located.
